Welcome to the Coachella Valley Chapter
of Community Associations Institute

We are a nationwide non-profit organization dedicated to the education and advocacy of common-interest developments. The Coachella Valley Chapter has over 440 members.

Our Chapter provides education to our members through classes, seminars, programs, trade show luncheons as well as books and periodicals. With the support of more than 50 state and local chapters nationwide, we are able to provide the most comprehensive and latest information regarding common interest developments and the community association industry. We work in tandem with the California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC) to provide timely legislative information through national and local legislative alerts and regular updates in our magazine.

We have many committees to assist our Chapter in achieving our vision statement. They include Programs, Education/Scholarship, Awards, Business & Education Expo, Membership, Volunteer, Publications, Business Partners.  We also host many social events throughout the year organized by our other committees, including Bowling, Monte Carlo, and Golf (Spring & Fall) tournaments to promote networking between businesses and managers in the community association industry.
